DBJ Capital agreed to transfer all the shares of A-Traction Inc. (head office: Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture; President & CEO: Takehiro Ando) it owns through DBJ Capital Fund to Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. (head office: Seto City, Aichi Prefecture; President & CEO: Masahiko Miyata), and concluded a share transfer agreement.
